Video: 8 million tons of plastic fall into the sea each year and in the last two 60 million cigarette filters were collected on the beaches of the world.
June 17th, 2019800 species are already affected by this pollution and it is estimated that in the next decade one million species would be in danger of extinction. The balance was announced by the IFOP researcher, Úrsula Cifuentes, at the Culture + Science Fridays of the Fonk Museum in Viña del Mar.
