Tripartite workshop on sanitary issues in aquaculture

On Wednesday, December 14th, the annual workshop was held in which the Fisheries and Aquaculture Undersecretariat, the National Service of Fisheries and Aquaculture, and the Institute for Fisheries Promotion representatives coordinate research activities carried out by IFOP on aquaculture health issues. .
Professionals from the three institutions participated in the instance, who learned about the most relevant aspects of Hydrobiological Health Department three programs executed by IFOP in the health field, through presentations by its respective permanent research programs heads.
The activity that was carried out electronically, allows, in addition to knowing research’s main results of a public and strategic role carried out by the Institute, to coordinate common interest activities to the three entities, as well as to propose actions or new guidelines in each one of the respective programs, aiming sustaining, with a scientific basis, sanitary matters aquaculture activity management measures.
