IFOP invites to the seminar “Surveillance of pathogens resistance to antimicrobials commonly used in national salmon farming”

On Thursday, June 23 rd at 9:30 a.m. the closing seminar of the permanent research program “Surveillance of pathogens resistance to commonly used antimicrobials in national salmon farming” will be held in its Stage VIII, 2021-2022 .
The seminar will present some advances and knowledge related to the use of genomic tools for antimicrobial resistance surveillance, which contributes to research associated with IFOP’s program.
On the other hand, bacterial resistance to antimicrobials in salmon farming latest advances in research and surveillance will be delivered, associated with IFOP’s permanent research programexecution .
On the occasion, talks will be presented by Fisheries and Aquaculture undersecretariat representatives from National Fisheries and Aquaculture Service .
