IFOP lauched a modern Web page
August 12th, 2016The new site is part of the communication plan that aims to promote greater proximity to users and also show the projects carried out by the IFOP.
From today on, the Instituto de Fomento Pesquero makes available for users and general public a new Web site, which operates in English and Spanish. In addition, you can access quickly and easily to technical reports and newsletters IFOP has developed, which can be access and download from web page http: //www.ifop.cl/.
Leonardo Nunez, Executive Director of IFOP explained “In this project, we have worked to present the community a new portal with a more friendly, dynamic and attractive structure, which offers expedite information on our daily work.”
Andrés García, Head of the Information Technology Department, referred to the new website “has several technical innovations, such as redundant processes, which operates with more than one server at a time, in order to respond to user queries, access in two clicks to improved reporting and project data platform, improvements in the band width dedicated to the site, from 20 Mbps to national 100Mbps. All this will allow without doubt, to increase the amount of visits, today stands at 240.00 visits last year, being a total of 94% national, and 6% of international visitors.”
