The IFOP Fisheries Development Institute establishes criteria of internal equity and competitiveness in terms of its remuneration and budgetary possibilities in order to attract and retain high-level human capital, for which it has defined a structure based on ascending Responsibility Levels (NR), from NR9 to NR22, associated with their respective jobs, which in turn have defined Salary Bands, built on the basis of market parameters that result from comparing the institution with similar organizations.
