Luis Parot Donoso: Fisheries Engineer (E) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, class of 1973, MBA, with a distinguished political career in the Valparaíso Region.

His professional life has been linked to the municipal sector, where he served as: Director of the Social Area, Director of Operations, and Municipal Administrator in the municipalities of Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, Villa Alemana, and Zapallar.

Between 2013 and 2014, he served on the Board of Directors of IFOP (the Fisheries Development Institute).
