Students and professionals from various institutions, from Arica to Ays\u00e9n, participated.<\/p>\n<p>The course was conducted interactively, integrating theoretical content and practical experiences, guided by professionals from the IFOP Management Areas Section: Pedro Romero, Bryan Bularz, and Catherine Gonz\u00e1lez. Through the review and analysis of two case studies, participants examined contrasting scenarios.
