In conjunction with the Department of Economics and Statistics (DEE), IFOP’s Training and Development Area invites you to participate in these engaging dialogues on topics related to the economics, socioeconomics, and statistics of a key productive sector for our country: fishing and aquaculture. The invitation is open to anyone who wishes to participate, whether from IFOP or external to the Institute. Finally, Camilo Torres A., Head of IFOP’s Department of Economics and Statistics, emphasizes that the purpose of the Webinar Series is to increase communication with the community regarding the methodologies and\/or results of the analyses and consulting services provided by the DEE, presenting this information in a clear, simple, and accessible way for all IFOP members and the general public. Therefore, the broad participation and active involvement of attendees is key to addressing and highlighting the value of the socioeconomic dimension and statistical advice in national fisheries and aquaculture management.<\/p>\n
