Barbieri scientific vessel set sail from    Valpara\u00edso\u00b4s Port to carry out  \u201cYellow shrimp red shrimp and nylon shrimp direct evaluation , between the Regions of Antofagasta and Biob\u00edo\u201d the project leadership is led by the Researcher Carolina Lang. Barbieri\u2019s ship, which set sail on the first crustacean research cruise, between Antofagasta and Santa Mar\u00eda Island in the south of Chile, a total of 20 participating people among crew, researchers from our direct evaluation department as well as from the oceanography and environment department and scientific observers.<\/p>\n<p>For us, this cruise is tremendously important because we are beginning a new stage, in which we have two scientific vessels carrying out parallel research work, which previously had to be done alternately either with the Abate Molina or with leased vessels.
