This seminar featured the participation of national researchers such as Dr. Ren\u00e9 Garreaud (Universidad de Chile) and Dr. Ra\u00fal Cordero (Universidad de Santiago de Chile), as well as regional experts, who analyzed various perspectives of El Ni\u00f1o and Climatic Change.,<\/p>\n<p>Graciela P\u00e9rez Mora, IFOP researcher explained \u201cScientific observers of  IFOP\u2019s northern zone  together with S.A.P.O project, since March 2023, have been recording and photographing the presence of species that have been entering northern coasts due to EL NI\u00d1O effect. A background with which a banner was made, which was presented at this seminar.
