One of this study central objectives is to determinate  where are more likely to occur interactions areas between marine mammals and fishing activities. In this way, it is expected to provide information to fishing administrative authority in Chile, aimin for this interaction reduction.<\/p>\n<p>From  2016, United States began the establishment of a regulation \u201cUS Marine Mammal Protection Act \u201c(MMPA Rule), which requires countries that export fishery products to  comply with bycatch standards equivalent to those of that nation,<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-24843 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/ReclanIII-IV-2017avc16-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/ReclanIII-IV-2017avc16-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/ReclanIII-IV-2017avc16-1-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/ReclanIII-IV-2017avc16-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/ReclanIII-IV-2017avc16-1-120x80.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Our country therefore has to carry out necessary research and adjustments in order to continue exporting our fishery products.
