Representatives from Universidad de Valpara\u00edso, Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n, Universidad Austral, Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Norte, Universidad de Magallanes, Shoa, Sernageom\u00edn, Museum of Natural History, researchers and the general public also attended.<\/p>\n<p>The activity objective was to provide useful tools to support scientific and applied research, such as bibliographic managers, databases, bibliometric analysis, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The IFOP professional explained that the workshops were relevant, both for Fisheries Development Institute, and for the general public, since it was the opportuity to transfer information, regarding science and technology, the so-called &#8220;Scientific Literacy&#8221; , is an essential bridge in this knowledge society, to have critical thinking.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-22678 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/2-300x173.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/2-300x173.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/2-150x87.png 150w, https:\/\/www.ifop.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/2.png 422w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The specialist in charge of the workshop was Morella Bel\u00e9n Rodr\u00edguez, from La universidad Sant\u00edsima Concepci\u00f3n and addressed topics during five days were the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bibliographic Managers: Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote.<\/li>\n<li>How to enhance our scientific production visibility?
